Car Accident!!!

Ok so here it is my dumb idiotic thing I did! Glenn asked me to follow him in the suburban with my flashers on, (he was driving a hist er to a job)! we were at a stop sign waiting, and Glenn went through, but another car got the the other sign first so I waved her through, and so she went through and proceeded to turn left in front of me, and as soon and she was out of my way casually looked both ways and went, well I guess there was another car in my blind spot and I hit her, and the next thing I knew I was is a canal full of water trying to calm down Dallas (my 5 almost 6 year old) yelling for Glenn, but inside I was freaking out, Glenn got us, and he was yelling out me to get the kids and so after I got my brain working I tore them out of their car seats and got out myself and now my car is totaled and we are all fine! We are still waiting to find out if the lady I hit is fine! Thanks for all the love and support! We love you all so much and we know that we are extremely blessed and watched over by our Heavenly Father! We know that it could have been much worse and are grateful that it isn't worse! I love you all!

This is right after Glenn pulled us out. The suburban acually sunk a little bit more!

This is the side that I hit the lady!

FUN AT THE FARM

We (as a family) helped set up the pipes that would water the field next to Lee's house, and we and the boys worked super hard with Lee to fit the pipes together, and have them running just right! Well we got it done, but work wouldn't be Glenn's work without a little fun, so he hooked up the broken pipe that we had to take back, to the back hoe and let the boys ride! 1st it was just Tridon, but then Dallas and Case joined in the fun! Ride that pipe boys! It was so funny because they kept falling off the front and they would run to get back on the back behind thee other one, so the front would fall off! So much fun!

Case Learning Case!

Well my baby boy Case will be going to pre-school this next school year, WOW time sure flies. He is so excited, but I told him that he had to learn his name before he could go, so I came up with some idea with the help of my friend who will be Case's teacher, to help him learn to spell and recognize his name. Go Case, he is doing well, but still learning!

Our Easter Fun 2009

Well I know it's a little late, but HAPPY EASTER! We hope all of you enjoyed this sacred and special Holiday of the remembrance of Christ's Resurrection! Well anyways, we had tons of fun this year, we had a bunch of different activity's that we enjoyed as a family. The first thing that we did was have a Easter Family Home Evening Lesson about the Resurrection of Christ, with a few of our friends on the Monday before Easter, then on Saturday we went to a Ward Easter Egg Hunt, it was fast and fun. Second the kids and I colored Easter Eggs and that was fun, and slightly messy. Then on Sunday I was awoken to Dallas tapping lightly on my hand with a huge smile on his face he whispered, "MOM - the Easter Bunny came"! He was so excited that he proceeded to wake up the rest of the house. The Easter Bunny gave the kids candy, and thing they could use during Sacrament meeting to help keep them reverent. Proceeding the bunny celebration & Easter basket's we had a Easter egg hunt of our own with the eggs that the kids colored and candy filled eggs. We got ready for Church, and had a great Easter Sunday. After Church we had a wonderfully made Easter dinner at Glenn's parents house, and we also had a egg hunt there also! Needless to say we had a very busy couple of days, and the kids are still high on sugar! The Fun Easter Pictures are in the above slide show!

Steelheads Hockey Game

Our family got invited to a Hockey Game with some of our friends (The Drinkards)! We had "killer" seats, he had a Suite that we got to sit in, how nice was that, it had a place for the kids to hang out in, a bathroom, a waitress, and a great view! We had such a fun time, and to top it off we won Phoenix 6 - 2, (at least that is what the score was when we left 4 min's before the game was over). Dallas want's to play Hockey now, other then the fighting, he doesn't want to fight like that he says! Tridon even said, "Mom, why do they have to fight, can't they just be nice?" , and he also said, "I still just don't why they have to fight!" Glenn and I said it wouldn't be Hockey without the fights, and it's just the way Hockey is! But, all and all we had a great time, and we will defentley go again, (if invited)!!! Thank you to the Drinkards, and Western Roofing (Rob Drinkards Business) for the fun evening! (Slide Show below) Go Steelheads!!!

Spring Break Weekend

We got visitors, (and a bunch of them), this last weekend. My niece Julia got baptized on the 28th of March, and my parents decided to come and join the day! Yaaaaahhhh, I was so excited to see them again, and so were my boys! Late Thursday they showed up with a view extra in tow, instead of them just coming they decided that they would like to bring up 4 of the grandsons (Zach, Hunter, Nicolas, & Dustin) and 1 of the granddaughters (Savannah), so yes that makes for 9 children (7 boys - 2 girls) under the age of 10 in my house this last weekend, oh it was loud, but it wasn't bad. All the kids got along great for the most part, and we did some fun things. On Friday my Dad wanted to take the kids to the movie "Monsters VS. Aliens", it's the new kids cartoon movie, and it was funny to see, not the best movie, but it was good! On Saturday we goofed off, and then later went to Julia's Baptism, (congrats Julia). We had very yummy Ice Cream cake that my Mom and I made for the event! Then on Sunday the left around 9 am so they wouldn't hit the snow storm that was making it's way to Utah! Thanks for coming and we were glad to see you all, and we already miss you a ton!!!
